Conversion 2000->2005 problem

How can I convert a 2000 SQL database into a 2005?

Backup and Restore

OR Detach and attach

|||One thing to note. The database you converted from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2005 CAN NOT be converted back to SQL Server 2000 due to some metadata changes during the process - even if it was an attach/detach process
